What is Hairdoor?
An app that connects mobile barbers with people who want a haircut or a beard trim at home, at the office or wherever they like.
How do I book a barber?
Type your address or use your location: you see the barbers who come to you, with prices, reviews and free time slots. Pick a service and a time and send the request; the barber confirms and you get a notification.
How much does it cost?
Each barber sets their own prices, and you see them before you book. Downloading the app and searching costs nothing.
How do I pay?
In cash to the barber, or by card in the app if the barber has turned it on. With a card you are only charged after the cut, once you confirm it went well.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel the appointment in the app while there is still time. If a service paid by card did not go as it should, you can ask for a refund within 30 days.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. A review can only be left after an appointment actually completed in the app, and only by the people who took part in it.
Which cities does it work in?
Anywhere there are barbers who reach your address. Search your street to see who is near you.
