Deleting your Hairdoor account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Hairdoor account and what happens to your data.

From the app, in three steps

Open Hairdoor and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: it cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Write to hello@hairdoor.app from your account’s email address. We reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in credentials: you will no longer be able to enter the app.
First name, surname, email and phone, replaced with placeholders.
Your saved address and its coordinates.
Profile photo, bio, VAT number and any uploaded documents.
The text of your chat messages.
Your push notification registrations.
Your gallery photos, your trips and the barbers you followed.

Appointments, commissions and subscriptions

Your upcoming appointments are cancelled and we let the other person know.
If you are a barber with commissions on cash cuts still to pay, you need to settle them before deleting your account.
An In Evidenza subscription paid on the website is cancelled immediately, with no refund for the current month. If you started it in the app, also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

What is kept, and for how long

Past bookings stay — date, service and amount — with your personal details no longer attached. We keep them because tax and accounting law requires it, for the period Italian law sets; once that period ends they are deleted or permanently anonymised.
