How do I book an appointment?
Enter the address where you want the service, look for the professionals who reach your area, pick the service and a free time, and send the request. The professional accepts it and you get a confirmation.
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash to the professional, or by card in the app where available. By card, you are charged once the service is completed.
How do I become a professional on Hairdoor?
Sign up, choose the “barber/hairdresser” profile and complete it with services, hours and the area you cover. From then on, clients in your area can find you and book.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account and preferences → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; your personal data is removed.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is processed in line with the GDPR and stored in Europe. See the Privacy Policy.
